Set-up

  • Day of show set-up time 6am - 7am.
  • Tables and chairs provided.
  • Unloading at front or parking side of building.  Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.


Show Rules

  • All guns must be unloaded.
  • All clips / magazines must be removed for public handling.
  • All guns displayed for sale must be zip tied.
  • Transfer of firearms must comply with all State and Federal laws.


Food and Beverage

  • Coffee and donuts available at commissary after 7am.

Tables

   > Members 

  • $10.00 for each show table, each additional table is $5.00
  • $100 for annual show table, additional annual show tables are $50.00 each.

   > Non-Members (including members of NRA affiliated clubs)

  • May rent on a one-time trial basis.  Following the one-time rental, non-members must become members in order to continue to rent tables.
  • $20.00 (includes admission and visitor badge). Each additional table is $10.00.  All non-members must fill out the non-member table application form.

Tables​

  • OAC members $90.00 per 8ft. table.
  • Non-OAC members $110 per 8ft. trade table
  • Display tables (One free with each sale table, limit 2 while they last)


Set-up

  • Friday 1pm - 7pm
  • Saturday set-up 7am-9am. (Show starts at 9am and ends at 5pm.)
  • Sunday exhibitors can enter 8am.  (Show starts at 9am and ends at 3pm.)
  • Security provided Friday and Saturday nights.
